COVID-19: an update for our customers (5 January)

Dear Sir and Madam:

We would like to provide an update on our working arrangements for this month. IIJ Europe is continuing to minimise our onsite presence as much as possible to ensure all staff who can work from home are working from home.

To enable our regular onsite tasks and essential in office duties to be seen to, we will continue a rotation of staff in our London office. These staff are limited in numbers and are observing social distancing. We have taken all the precautions we can to ensure their safety in office. As usual, we expect little to no impact on our customers with these arrangements in place and will continue to provide you with the best level of support.

Our next operational review will be held in the mid of February and we will make adjustments where necessary in compliance with local government guidance should the situation change.

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality support during this time and will be taking steps to ensure our level of service remains as outstanding as ever.
